When Erin turned 3 earlier this year I decided to put her in a tumbling class. I was so excited for it. I thought it would be great excersize, and she would have fun. Erin hated it. She refused to practice, she whined about going to class, she didn't listen to her teachers. It was terrible.
But Erin still loved the idea of dance, but she leaned toward ballet. As I was talking with a neighbor she had signed her daughter up for a ballet/tap class and was excited for it. I thought we could give it a try so I signed Erin up as well. She loves it!!! She is excited to go, she even colored a picture for her teacher. I catch her practicing at odd times and when I tell her it's time to practice she does without complaint. I can't believe how well she is doing and how much she enjoys it. it is so cute and they are even learning the ballet terms in french.

OH she does look like a real ballerina !!!!! It makes her look so much older, I love it, but it makes me tear up too.
I've read the the best dancers come out of UT. Erin may be our ticket to the pages of the celeb rags. I'll start working on my pithy quips now. ;)
