I am human

Just deleted my ranting and ravings and I feel much better.  But I will leave the ending b/c that is worth remembering (for me at least.)

I guess the moral is that true thought and love from people is what we need (sing with me "what the world needs now, is love sweet love...")  And whilst I can't change the people around me I can change myself.  I know I have not always been the best friend I should have been to people and I know I haven't given my family all the time and thought they truly deserve from me.  So I am going to try harder to be a little better :)  I am also going to read this talk by President Monson a few more times cause I think I still have a lot to learn from it.

Liz! I found your blog link from Facebook and I just want to say THANK YOU! I have been struggling similarly with both the friend and family areas lately too. It is always nice to know you're not alone. :) Thanks!

...it helps, doesn't it? I did't read the whole post, but I wanted to let you know that I think very highly of you, Liz. You are a great friend(!), and an amazing Mom! I hope your week gets brighter!

Guess what, Liz, we're all human. Scary! But He loves us anyway, and is hoping we'll all learn to do the same. Which reminds me: I love you.
